A man is facing child abuse charges after he was arrested for attacking a 13-year-old boy at Millennium Apartments on April 26.
The boy said he was walking along the sidewalk playing with Play-Doh on Three Oaks Parkway when he accidentally tossed it into the road, hitting a passing car.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the two victims noticed the vehicle turn around and head toward them, and they ran to the apartment complex.
LCSO deputies said that’s when JG, 19, got out of the vehicle, tackled them and punched the victims. The incident was caught on camera in what is now a viral video.
According to LCSO, detectives worked over the last few weeks to find G.
G is facing two counts of child abuse.
