A 17-year-old was arrested and accused Wednesday morning of fatally stabbing his father in a Lakeshore area home, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
JSO said around 7 p.m., officers were called to Wheeler Avenue, near Park Street, regarding a person who had been stabbed.
When police arrived, they said they found JW dead with multiple stab wounds.
Detectives said they quickly identified SW, 17, as JW attacker, and he was arrested early Wednesday morning.
