A teenager was hit by a vehicle in Bradenton on Wednesday.
Bradenton police said the crash happened on 15th Street East near 13th Avenue at around 8:20 a.m.
A 15-year-old student was “clipped” by the vehicle while running across 15th Street East to reach the school bus stop. Google Maps data indicates there are no marked crosswalks in the area.
The student was described as “alert and stable” and was taken to All Children’s Hospital with unspecified injuries.
