Over the weekend, a Tennessee man was arrested in Panama City Beach and is now facing child sex charges.
28-year-old Telvin Buck is charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a child between the ages of 12 and 16.
According to the Panama City Beach Police Department, Buck was swimming when he went up to the 14-year-old female victim and grabbed her butt as he swam by her. Police said he did this in an effort to entice the victim into a sexual act.
Buck is being held on a $250,000 bond.
