Three dead in overnight three-vehicle crash in Escambia County

Two men and one woman are dead after a three-vehicle crash overnight in Escambia County on Friday, according to FHP.

Troopers say a 42-year-old Pensacola woman stopped her sedan at a stop sign on Clearwater Avenue. She turned left onto Michigan Avenue directly in front of two motorcycles driven by a22-year-old Pensacola man and a 24-year-old Pace man traveling westbound on Michigan Avenue.

Both motorcycles collided with the left side of the woman’s sedan, according to FHP.

Troopers say both of the motorcyclists were pronounced dead at the scene.

The woman was transported toBaptist Hospital where they confirmed fatal injuries, according to FHP.
