Three people were taken to the hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on the northbound lanes of the Florida Turnpike in Boca Raton on Tuesday.
According to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, at around 3:20 p.m., firefighters responded to the crash near Glades Road (exit 75). Firefighters say the crash involved a commercial vehicle, a pickup truck and a passenger car.
Due to the crash, traffic was backed up to exit 69 near Sample Road as drivers faced significant delays.
As of this writing, the crash appears to have cleared.
