 A 22-year-old motorcyclist died after being thrown from her bike in a crash on I-75, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash happened near mile marker 349 along I-75.

Troopers said the motorcyclist was traveling in the area just before 9:30 p.m. when she was rear-ended and thrown off her bike into the path of an SUV.

The woman was taken to the hospital but later died from her injuries.
