A tractor-trailer caught fire on Thursday on the Howard Frankland Bridge just inside of Pinellas County.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 10:30 a.m., garbage being hauled by a tractor-trailer started smoldering near the 34 marker heading north on the Howard Frankland Bridge.
