A tractor-trailer has overturned on the Southbound Turnpike in West Palm Beach.
Florida 511 stated that the crash occurred at Exit 99, Okeechobee Boulevard, in West Palm Beach.
In the lastest update at 1:08 p.m. officials noted that all lanes have been blocked and traffic is backed up to Exit 101.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue stated that there were no injuries.
