Traffic congestion along I-75 after rollover accident

Multiple traffic delays have been reported along north and southbound stretches of Interstate 75 this afternoon in Marion County due to separate crashes, including a rollover accident.

According to the Florida Department of Transportation, a rollover crash that occurred at around 2:14 p.m. near Exit 354 (U.S. Hwy 27) in Ocala, has caused congestion south of that area on I-75.

One person was transported from the incident scene, according to the Ocala Fire Rescue.

A separate crash beyond mile marker 356 in the northbound lanes of I-75 that occurred at around 1:59 p.m. has also created congestion in the northbound lanes.

That traffic congestion extends from mile marker 352 to beyond 354.

FDOT is additionally reporting a backup at the off-ramp to Exit 358 (State Road 326) in Marion County on I-75 North.
