UPDATE: Southbound lanes have been reopened.
Southbound lanes on North Tyndall Parkway and Harvey Street are blocked following a traffic crash early Tuesday.
According to the Bay County Sheriff’s Office, traffic is being rerouted to Highway 22.
The southbound lanes are expected to be closed for an hour.
