A pedestrian was transported to the hospital as a trauma alert following a train incident.
According to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, units were dispatched at 7:10 PM near G Street in Lake Worth Beach. The train remained stopped in the area as the injured person was found near the western side of the tracks and transported by ground to the trauma center, according to officials.
There were no other reported injuries from this incident.
The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office is conducting the crash investigation and will provide any further updates.
