Two people are dead and others have serious injuries following a crash in Fort Walton Beach Friday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, an SUV was attempting to turn left from U.S. 98 into the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort when a sports bike hit the right-side of the SUV as it was turning.
The driver of the bike and the front seat passenger of the SUV died from the crash.
FHP says two other passengers inside the SUV were transported to the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, with serious injuries.
We’re told no criminal charges are expected as a result of this crash.
