Two killed, four hospitalized after Boynton Beach crash on State Road 7

Two people were killed and four others hospitalized after a crash in Boynton Beach on Friday afternoon.

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue (PBCFR) said at around 3:45 p.m., units were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on State Road 7 near the intersection of Armone Place.

At the scene of the crash, crews found two vehicles, both with major damage. One of the vehicles had rolled over from the collision.

Tragically, two people were pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Four others were taken to local hospitals, two as trauma alerts.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) is investigating the circumstances surrounding the deadly crash.

Drivers should expect delays on SR-7 between Hypoluxo and Boynton Beach Boulevard due to the PBSO investigation. PBCFR recommends motorists use Lyons Road as an alternate route.
