ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — Two Pensacola pickup truck drivers were injured in an Escambia County crash on Tuesday morning.
The crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. on N Pace Boulevard and W Lee Street.
A 64-year-old man was driving southbound in the left turn lane on N Pace Boulevard, while a 50-year-old woman was traveling in the outside lane.
Both drivers were approaching W Lee Street when the man failed to stop for the woman as he tried turning left. The two then collided.
They were taken to Baptist Hospital. The man is in critical condition and the woman has serious injuries.
