UPDATE: Pensacola man killed, 6 injured after multi-vehicle crash on Beverly Parkway

A Pensacola man is dead and six people are injured after a multi-vehicle crash in Escambia County on Saturday.

The crash happened in the area of Beverly Parkway and Concordia Drive at around 1:24 p.m

According to Florida Highway Patrol, there were four vehicles involved in the crash.

Troopers say a vehicle was traveling west on Beverly Parkway. Three other vehicles were traveling east in oncoming lanes.

The vehicle traveling west then crossed the center line and entered opposing lanes of travel, resulting in a crash with the three other vehicles, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

The driver of the vehicle that entered oncoming traffic, a 43-year-old Pensacola man, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger of that vehicle, a 68-year-old Pensacola man, is in critical condition.

Troopers provided details of the other injuries involved:

  • 18-year-old Pensacola woman; Serious injuries
  • 2-year-old Pensacola girl; Minor injuries
  • 30-year-old Pensacola woman; Serious injuries
  • 24-year-old Pace man; Minor Injuries
  • 25-year-old Pace woman; Minor injuries
