Authorities are investigating after a car went into a body of water on Interstate 75 early Thursday.
Florida Highway Patrol said they responded to a crash in the southbound lanes at the exit for mile marker 15, or Royal Palm Boulevard, at around 6:27 a.m.
Video of the scene showed a damaged red sedan being pulled from the water. The vehicle had a cracked front windshield and other signs of impact.
Tire marks could also be seen on the grassy embankment leading to the water.
Authorities did not immediately say if anyone was hurt or how the crash happened.
This is a developing story.
