Firefighters are responding to the scene of a residential fire west of DeFuniak Springs city limits.
According to the Walton County Fire Rescue, around 10:30 p.m., crews were dispatched to a structure fire on Highway 90.
On the scene, firefighters found smoke coming from the roof of the home and began to work on containing the fire.
All residents inside the home were able to evacuate safely, crews are still on scene responding.
Authorities ask residents and travelers in the area to use caution at this time.
