WATCH: Firefighters contain truck fire on I-95 in St. Lucie County

The St. Lucie County Fire District (SLCFD) said just after 6:01 p.m., dispatch received multiple reports of a vehicle on fire at mile marker 132 in Fort Pierce.

Luckily, by the time firefighters arrived at the scene, all occupants were outside of the flaming truck.

Video taken at the scene shows the truck engulfed in flames. FHP troopers and local law enforcement blocked off the southbound lanes as firefighters worked to contain the blaze.

The SLCFD said the fire was under control by 6:19 p.m., and the lanes were closed for less than 10 minutes.
