The Walton County Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire on Oak Grove Road in Darlington on Friday night.
According to fire officials, just after 7:30 p.m., firefighters arrived to find a camper engulfed in flames. WCFR crews were able to quickly knock down the flames.
Fortunately, no one was inside at the time, officials wrote in a Facebook post.
The State Fire Marshal has been notified and will be investigating the cause of the fire. Crews remain on the scene.
Expect heavy smoke and use caution if you’re in the area.
