Williston man dies in ATV rollover

A 44-year-old Williston man died Sunday morning when the ATV he was driving slipped into a depression, rolled and ejected him from the vehicle along NE 120th Avenue.

According to a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) release, the man was driving a side-by-side ATV on 2251 NE 120th Avenue in Williston at 10:30 a.m. when the front tire of the vehicle slipped into a large depression causing the ATV to roll into it. As the vehicle rolled, the driver was ejected.

Emergency responders pronounced the man dead on scene.
