A crash caused a major roadblock along East Colonial Drive and S.R. 417 near Orlando, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

The crash happened near the intersection of East Colonial Drive and S.R. 417 around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Troopers initially reported the crash as a hit-and-run, but later amended that information saying that no drivers left the scene.

Investigators said a Ford F250 with a trailer, a Toyota Carolla and a Dodge Charger were all involved in the crash, but did not say what caused the wreck.

A 20-year-old woman from Vermont was taken to the hospital with serious, critical injuries. The other two drivers, a 28-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman both from Orlando, were not transported to the hospital, but it is not clear whether they suffered any injuries.

Department of Transportation cameras in the area showed a large number of emergency responders at the intersection with traffic from both roads being detoured around the intersection.
