Police said that C S was the driver in the single-vehicle crash on Sept. 22 that killed her daughter and caused serious injuries to another child in the vehicle.
The crash happened around 1 p.m. before mile marker 35, near Yothers Road.
According to Apopka police, after a “comprehensive investigation,” they obtained arrest warrants for S on charges of aggravated manslaughter of a child, DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide, child neglect with great bodily harm and DUI causing serious bodily injury.
