A woman was killed in a crash Monday afternoon on Interstate 95 in Volusia County, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at 1:42 p.m. in the northbound lanes, south of U.S. Highway 1 in Ormond Beach, FHP said.
A Honda CR-V and a box truck were involved in the crash.
The woman was a passenger in the Honda CR-V. FHP said the driver of the CR-V was transported with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the box truck was not transported and remained on-scene.
This crash remains under investigation.
