One person was hospitalized after a mobile home caught on fire in Auburndale early Friday morning.

The Auburndale Fire Department and the Polk County Fire Rescue were dispatched around 2 a.m. to Branch Lane and Reacker Highway regarding a mobile home on fire.

According to crews, one person was hospitalized for smoke inhalation.

The State Fire Marshall is on scene as the investigation into the cause of the fire continues.
