1 injured as crews respond to sailboat engulfed in flames near Fort Myers Beach

Crews are on the scene of a boat fire near Fort Myers Beach Wednesday morning.

According to the Fort Myers Beach Fire Control District, crews responded to the scene of a marine fire located just east of Hurricane Pass. Video from the scene shows a sailboat floating in the water, engulfed in flames.

Fort Myers Beach Fire said that an occupant of the sailboat sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
