A 15-year-old cyclist who was involved in a crash with another teenager in Dunedin last month died on Sunday.
On Oct. 22, 15-year-old V. R. was riding his bicycle north on New York Avenue, approaching Main Street.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, at the same time, a 2024 Hyundai Elantra driven by a 16-year-old was traveling east on Main Street, resulting in a collision.
V. was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he later died.
