A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed Friday after crashing into an SUV turning left on South Jog Road, deputies say.
According to a crash report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, 22-year-old W was speeding northbound on a Suzuki motorcycle on South Jog Road, approaching the intersection of Parkside Green Drive, when a southbound SUV made a left turn.
Deputies say the SUV made the turn onto Parkside Green Drive as the motorcycle was approaching, and was violently struck by the motorcycle.
The motorcycle flew after the crash and hit a car parked at the stop sign, according to the report.
W was ejected from the motorcycle and landed on the sidewalk, and was later pronounced dead at the scene by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
