Two men and a woman are sought after fleeing from a hit-and-run crash Tuesday on State Road 520 in Brevard County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash happened east of Cox Road.
According to troopers, two vehicles were reported to have been racing on Interstate 95. One of the vehicles, a 2021 Dodge Charger, was located and a pursuit ensued after a trooper attempted a traffic stop.
The Charger headed north on I-95 and exited onto SR-520, crashing into a 2010 Mercury Milan.
Troopers said three people in the Charger – two men and a woman – ran away from the vehicle.
FHP said the sheriff’s office helped with a search of the area, but they were unable to locate the three individuals.
Anyone with information is asked to contact FHP at *347 or Crimeline at 800-423-8477.
