A major crash on the northbound Turnpike in West Palm Beach is blocking an off-ramp on Wednesday morning.
Florida 511 reported a crash on the ramp to Exit 99, Okeechobee Boulevard, at 6:12 a.m.
According to the latest update at 6:20 a.m., officials said that the off-ramp right lanes have been blocked.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
