55-Year-Old Man Dies in Two-Vehicle Crash on SR-52 In Pasco County

A traffic collision at the intersection of Shadow Ridge Boulevard and SR-52 in New Port Richey on Wednesday morning resulted in the death of a 55-year-old man.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, around 10:12 a.m., a Hyundai Accent driven by a New Port Richey man was traveling southbound on Shadow Ridge Boulevard attempting to turn left when it collided with a westbound Honda CRV driven by an 18-year-old woman from Hudson. The front of the Honda struck the left side of the Hyundai.

The driver of the Hyundai, whose name has not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
