Two dead, one seriously injured in single-vehicle crash in Martin County

 A single-vehicle crash on I-95 left two people dead and another seriously injured Saturday evening, according to Martin County Fire Rescue (MCFR).

The crash was reported around 8:40 p.m. near mile marker 110, at the Palm City exit. MCFR says two vehicle occupants were pronounced deceased at the scene.

A third person was transported to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, according to officials.

As of Sunday, MCFR says there is no update on the patient’s condition.

Martin County Fire Rescue has not released details about what caused the crash, and the identities of the victims have not been made public.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing at this time.
