Deputies: Concrete and eggs hurled from I-10 overpass at vehicles near Holt; one injured

Pieces of concrete were thrown at several vehicles from an overpass along Interstate 10 near Holt, causing injuries to one person early Wednesday morning.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident that occurred around 12:30 a.m. Three vehicles were struck with pieces of concrete and eggs as well that were tossed over the Wilkerson Bluff overpass.

A passenger in one of the vehicles suffered minor injuries says deputies. They received medical treatment.
