A rush hour wreck on an I-95 exit ramp near Fort Pierce left a tractor-trailer on its side and oil trickling onto the road.
According to St. Lucie County Fire District, the crash happened around 7:30 a.m. at the eastbound Indrio Road interchange and temporarily shut down the ramp,
Images shared by the fire department show the semi lying on its driver’s side. Its open top trailer appears to be empty, as no contents appear to have spilled.
Work crews got the oil leak under control quickly, the fire department noted. The driver is reported to have only suffered minor cuts in the incident.
