A woman was shot and killed at her sewing business in Jensen Beach, and investigators say her fiancé pulled the trigger.
Early Sunday morning, deputies with the Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) responded to the 3000 block of NE Candice Ave. in Jensen Beach to investigate a homicide.
According to MCSO, 55-year-old TS was shot and killed at her business, TS Custom Sewing, inside a storage facility.
Investigators say she was shot by her fiancé, 43-year-old JS, who called 911 requesting medical assistance after the alleged homicide.
S was arrested upon deputy arrival and transported to the Martin County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing as deputies work to determine the motive behind the shooting.
