The Lee County Sheriff’s Office reports a bicyclist was sent for medical help after a crash, Thursday morning.
It happened at North Cleveland and Pine Island, according to LCSO, around 8:10. Deputies said it was a vehicle and bicycle involved. There is no information on how it happened, yet. The victim’s age and gender are not known. LCSO said it did not appear based on initial notes that the driver had left the scene.
The intersection is open as of 8:30 a.m.
