Emergency crews were on the scene of a crash on I-295 North at Pritchard Road on Jacksonville’s Westside Thursday evening.
As of 6 p.m., all lanes were closed.
A nearby traffic camera showed what appeared to be dirt or a brown substance covering the roadway.
Lanes reopened around 6:10 p.m.
