A 61-year-old woman was struck and killed on Monday while crossing the street in Hialeah, according to police.
Video captured the fatal crash at East 4th Avenue and 49th Street.
The footage showed how a black Cadillac Escalade was stopped in the crosswalk and waiting to make a right turn as the victim started to cross the street.
When the woman was in front of the Escalade, the driver turned and hit her, the video showed.
Then, the video showed how the vehicle stopped and the driver ran out to the woman, who was lying in the roadway. The driver was seen looking at her and putting his hands on his head.
Police said the driver remained on the scene.
Authorities on Tuesday said the driver will not face any criminal charges.
