Alachua County firefighters put out shed, greenhouse fire

No one is injured after a fire early Friday morning at a greenhouse in Gainesville.

According to Alachua County Fire Rescue officials, ACFR crews and Gainesville Fire Rescue crews responded to the fire in the area of 2516 Southeast 35th Street just after 1 a.m.

Crews say they found a shed and greenhouse fully engulfed in flames.

Crews were able to contain the fire in less than 20 minutes before it was able to spread.

No injuries were reported but officials say both buildings were completely destroyed.
