Emergency crews were on the scene of a crash on Blanding Blvd. Friday night, near the Duval and Clay County line.
At one point, all lanes were blocked.
As of 9:50 p.m., all lanes were back open.
According to Jacksonville Fire and Rescue, one adult was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
