A woman was in critical condition after being shot multiple times early Sunday morning on Jacksonville’s northside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. on Kingfisher Lane, just off Biscayne Boulevard. Officers responding to the scene found a woman in her 30s suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Investigators said the shooting resulted from a domestic fight inside the home where the woman was found.
She was rushed to a nearby hospital and remained in critical condition.
Police have not announced any arrests in connection with the shooting.
