A 47-year-old man from Lakeland was killed early Sunday morning after being hit by a car on I-75 North near mile marker 432, according to a release by FHP.
The driver of the car, a 17-year-old girl from Madison, Florida, was traveling North on I-75 when she ran into the victim.
According to FHP, the man was lying on the road.
