Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run where the victim was found lying on Palm Bay Road, according to the police department.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
A bicycle was located near the victim, but it is unclear whether the victim was using it at the time of the accident.
Eastbound Palm Bay Road was closed between Babcock Street and Skippers Way due to the crash. The scene has since been cleared, and the road has reopened.
The investigation is ongoing.
