A crash on I-95 South in Palm Beach County Friday morning blocked the right lane and caused a two-mile traffic backup during the morning commute.

The crash was reported around 7:20 a.m. on I-95 South at the Blue Heron Boulevard exit.

As of 8:17 a.m., the right lane remained blocked, with traffic backed up for approximately two miles, according to traffic officials.

Motorists traveling through the area should expect delays and consider allowing extra travel time while crews work to clear the scene.
