A train struck a dark-colored sedan in the Mango area just before 10 p.m. Sunday, temporarily shutting down part of a roadway while deputies and emergency crews responded, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO).

The crash happened near the intersection of East Broadway Ave & Lakewood Drive. Parts of the roads were blocked during the response.

HCSO said no one was inside the vehicle at the time of the collision and nobody was injured.
