One man is dead, and three others are injured after an early morning stabbing during an altercation in Lake Worth Beach, deputies say.
Deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office responded at about 1:20 a.m. to the 700 block of N. F Street after receiving reports of a stabbing.
When deputies arrived, they reported finding four adult men suffering from apparent stab wounds, officials said.
All four victims were taken to a local hospital for treatment. One victim was pronounced deceased shortly after arriving.
A second victim is being treated for life-threatening injuries. The other two victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to investigators.
Detectives with the Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Division responded to the scene and are investigating the stabbing as a homicide.
Preliminary information indicates an altercation involving several men led to the stabbings, deputies said.
No suspect information has been released, and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
