A man died after being found shot early Sunday in Orange County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies responding around 1:45 a.m. to a report of a man down in the 6000 block of Silver Star Road in Pine Hills located a man who had been shot, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
The man was taken to the hospital, where he died, the statement reads.
An investigation is still in its early stages, the sheriff’s office said.
