At SR 40 by Southeast 172nd Terrace. A Chrysler Town & Country minivan and an Amazon semitractor-trailer.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers on scene said the minivan driver was driving erratically westbound on SR 40. The truck was eastbound on the same roadway.
