Blountstown home destroyed in early morning fire.

A home was destroyed after flames broke out early Tuesday morning.

The fire started around 3 a.m. at a home on Jap Austin Road off of Highway 71 in the Magnolia community.

According to firefighters, nobody was injured, but the home is a total loss.

Magnolia Volunteer Department, Nettle Ridge Fire Department, and Blountstown Fire were on scene and helped extinguish the blaze.

The State Fire Marshal is investigating how the fire started.
