A vehicle fire is causing a serious slowdown on southbound I-275 in Downtown Tampa.
The fire, which appears to be coming from a large charter bus, was first reported at around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. The worst of the traffic is concentrated in the southbound lanes just past the interchange with I-4.
Drivers headed west on I-4 hoping to exit onto I-275 south are also seeing delays.
As of around 2 p.m., the two right lanes were closed as first responders worked to control the scene.
